Account information: name, email address (via Google Sign-In). Health & fitness data: workout logs, repetition maximums (RM), body weight, training history. Usage data: app interactions, session duration, feature usage.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and personalize your training experience. To allow trainers to monitor client progress. To send notifications about sessions and reminders. To improve our application and services. To comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with your assigned trainer, service providers (infrastructure and hosting), and legal authorities if required by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active. Workout logs and performance data are kept for a maximum of 3 years after your last activity. After account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

5. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time by sending an email to mister.t.fit@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and your registered email address. We will confirm deletion within 7 business days and permanently remove all your data within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure authentication.

8. Children's Privacy

Tot Fit is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
